Maintain constant contact with reporting teams. Participate in the production and finalization of programs and newscasts. Edit segments for programs, newscasts, and the internet. Create graphics for reports and informational on-screen displays. Use Photoshop and other editing software. Maintain direct interaction with editors and journalism teams. Operate directly at the switcher during newscast production. Stay informed about local, state, national, and international events. **Camera Operator:** Operate cameras during internal and external live recordings and broadcasts, following instructions from the Director of Imaging. Compose sets for newscasts and programs. Assist presenters, interviewees, and production teams in preparation for recordings. Apply principles outlined in RPC’s Charter of Principles, RPC’s Vision, and DGJE guidelines. Preserve confidentiality and exclusivity of GRPCOM and RPC information. Monitor RPC’s journalistic output and that of competitors. Be agile, flexible, and possess strong communication skills and approachability when interacting with internal and external audiences. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What are we looking for in this professional?** ****Completed high school education. Knowledge of photography, video, or camera operation. Proficiency in editing software. Experience working within a journalism newsroom. Solid background in the History, Geography, and Culture of Paraná. Experience editing videos, graphics, and 3D animations.
