YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve delinquent customers by regularizing contracts, receiving and verifying payments, formalizing payment clearance, and reporting information through departmental tracking systems—ensuring accurate and reliable transmission of information and funds; * Support in-person, telephone, and/or email service to internal and external customers by providing information, identifying request nature, routing inquiries to responsible departments, and contributing to service excellence within the unit; * Manage dispatch and receipt of courier packages by registering document inflows and outflows, performing sorting, verification, and distribution—ensuring compliance with departmental procedures; * Assist in preparing reports, forms, and spreadsheets: collecting data; creating and updating control spreadsheets; drafting reports, memoranda, and other administrative documents; * Organize various departmental documents and files—classifying them according to predefined criteria and archiving them per departmental procedures—to ensure document preservation, control, and organization; * Support management in administrative demands by assisting in activity control and execution.
