Guaranteeing safe and humane patient transportation **Vehicle operation:** Drive ambulances and rescue vehicles safely, complying with traffic laws and urgency/emergency protocols. Maintain constant attention to road conditions, vehicle status, and traffic. Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of the ambulance (e.g., check fuel, oil, tires, brakes, cleanliness, equipment, etc.). **Pre-hospital care (supporting the healthcare team):** Assist nursing or medical staff during pre-hospital care as directed and within the scope of your role. Provide support in the safe handling and transportation of patients using stretchers, backboards, wheelchairs, and other devices. **Patient safety and care:** Ensure safe, humane, and comfortable patient transportation to the designated destination (hospital, healthcare facility, residence, etc.). Maintain continuous communication with the regulation center or responsible team, reporting progress of care and any complications. **Cleaning and organization:** Be responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing the interior of the ambulance before and after each intervention. Inspect and replenish materials and equipment used during interventions. **Records and reports:** Complete forms, checklists, and reports related to patient care and vehicle status. Report any irregularities, mechanical failures, or repair needs to coordination or maintenance. Stay updated on traffic regulations and emergency procedures.
