If you want to work at a multinational, diverse company that values its people, we have an opportunity for you! **We have a coordinator position open; we are seeking professionals with passion, commitment, people orientation, and the following skills for this role:** **Responsibilities and duties*** Responsible for adhering to the Messer HSEQ Policy within their area of responsibility. * Responsible for maintenance at the branches in Jaboatão (PE), Simões Filho (BA), Goiânia (GO), Fortaleza (CE), and Cuiabá (MT), managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure branch reliability. * SAP maintenance planning. * Spot activity planning (commercial / customer-related). * Management of NR13 inspections. * Cost control (opex and capex) for the region under responsibility. * Develop new suppliers at the branches under responsibility. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Bachelor's degree (Engineering background preferred) * Solid knowledge of equipment such as compressors, pumps, and pressure vessels * Strategic vision of maintenance, aligning field actions with company objectives * Efficient resource management (people, materials, time, and cost) * Proper prioritization of demands based on criticality and operational impact * Experience in service administration and/or supervision * Good technical knowledge of cylinder filling installations * Excellent interpersonal skills * Proficiency in basic Excel and Office suite tools * SAP knowledge (mandatory) * Commitment to safety and environmental regulations * Focus on quality, reliability, and asset integrity * Ethical conduct, responsibility, and alignment with company values **Additional information** * Willingness to travel to support branches under responsibility * Ability to adapt to different regional contexts * Ability to work autonomously with quick and decisive decision-making Messer Gases is the world's largest privately-owned company in the gas industry!
