We believe in a company built by people who value **ethics** and **transparency**, who have an **owner's mindset**, **customer focus**, and who believe in **entrepreneurship**, because **together we are stronger!** **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the organization, control, and basic analysis of information that supports marketing area strategies; * Collect data from campaigns, performance reports, digital channel metrics, and internal databases, ensuring information is up-to-date, structured, and accessible to the team; * Perform administrative tasks as required; * Contribute to report consolidation; * Update dashboards and support initial result analyses. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Basic understanding of data analysis and KPIs; * Basic interpretation of dashboards and reports; * Experience with Excel; * Preferred: Basic Power BI (reading, minor adjustments, or support in building).
