This outreach will be conducted via phone calls and WhatsApp, using data from our CRM system. Objective: reinforce discipline, routine, and performance across our client portfolios. Your role will be fundamental to the company's results. **Prior experience in customer service, collections, and proactive sales will be a strong advantage**. Attitude in overcoming objections and closing deals will be essential. However, rest assured—you will receive all the training and support you need.
