Job Summary: Foreign trade professional to oversee the entire import process, manage documentation, and ensure customs compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Import experience and foreign trade expertise 2. Negotiation with suppliers and international agents Description: * Degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Prior import experience (6 months). * Proficiency in SAP B1 and foreign trade platforms. * Knowledge of Incoterms, NCM, Siscomex, and LI/DI/DUIMP processes. * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge of international logistics. * Ability to analyze costs and generate reports. * Oversee the complete import process (purchase order, shipment, customs clearance, delivery). * Verify documentation (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, certificates, etc.). * Request and track import licenses when required. * Ensure proper tax classification and NCM code assignment. * Negotiate delivery timelines, shipping terms, and documentation with international suppliers. * Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers. * Request and verify international freight and insurance quotations. * Ensure compliance with customs regulations and regulatory authorities.
