**Responsibilities and Duties**
**What will you do daily?**
* Assist users, suppliers, and customers with inquiries and registrations;
* Analyze safety documents and process incidents in the system;
* Resolve problems promptly and collaboratively;
* Support management in the ongoing pursuit of efficiency and service quality.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed in this role, you need:**
* Availability to work 6 hours per day;
* No prior administrative experience or previous participation as a young apprentice;
* Age between 18 and 23 years.

* Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office package;
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
