Provides oversight support for outsourced activities and services, monitoring construction execution per technical specifications and contracts. Also assists in developing schedules, material takeoffs, issuing requisitions, and drafting technical specifications for service procurement. Offers technical support to the team, advising on activity execution, proper equipment usage, and compliance with safety regulations (PPE/collective protective equipment). Additionally, participates in technical site visits, supplier interactions, and quotation follow-ups, contributing to the organization and progress of engineering department routines. ***Prerequisites:*** Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. ***Skills:*** Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project, AutoCAD, Revit, spreadsheet and report preparation, construction diary preparation, construction supervision and planning, material specifications, financial control.
