




Job Summary: Electrostatic Painter responsible for performing electrostatic painting, operating equipment, organizing work, and ensuring final part quality, in compliance with safety standards. Commitment to quality and efficiency of tasks. **Required Qualifications and Knowledge:** * Proficiency in the electrostatic powder coating process. * Skill in operating and adjusting painting and rework equipment. * Adjustment of curing time using an oven. * Training in Powder Coating Application will be considered a plus. * Strong communication, organizational, and rapid problem-solving skills—essential to ensure operational efficiency and smooth workflow. * Availability for overtime. Flexibility to work overtime during peak demand periods, demonstrating commitment to team and company objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Perform electrostatic painting and operate all related equipment. * Identify and organize parts to be painted, ensuring proper preparation for the process. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of painting machines and the painting area. * Inspect parts for possible defects prior to painting to prevent rework and ensure efficiency. * Conduct visual inspection of parts after painting, rejecting or retouching areas that compromise final quality. * Carry out all departmental tasks in compliance with internal safety regulations and mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
