Collaboration with marketing and branding teams **Key Responsibilities:** Creating institutional and promotional videos for Trading Care's brands; Developing videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, etc); Ongoing research of trends, memes, and viral formats, adapting them to brand positioning; Filming and editing videos (product, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, trends); Exploring and testing new apps, tools, and creative resources for video editing and content creation; Collaborating closely with marketing, branding, and trade marketing teams; Ensuring visual and creative consistency with brand identities. **Requirements** **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing** Experience in video filming and editing. Experience working with consumer goods, retail, or FMCG brands; interest in innovation and emerging audiovisual languages. Proficiency in video editing and content creation apps and software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, etc). Knowledge of social media formats and best practices. Familiarity with emotion, basic effects, and digital storytelling is desirable. **Behavioral Profile:** Proactive, communicative, creative, with refined aesthetic sense and strong digital storytelling instinct.
