Ensure governance organization for Continuous Improvement at the unit level (based on TPM methodology). Promote methodology training for strategic and tactical audiences. Act as method guardian, auditing and ensuring proper application. Develop and ensure execution of activities related to the model’s maturity measurement certification. Promote integration of pillar practices with the unit’s routine management. Support implementation of visual management standards. Support development and dissemination of the continuous improvement culture across all areas. Ensure sustainability of the management model by pursuing impactful results, proactively leading routine management, methodology governance, and project implementation. We seek a professional full of energy and dynamism, capable of creatively solving problems and identifying unconventional solutions. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to literally help others, and excellent communication—from operations staff up to factory management. **Requirements for this challenge:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Experience implementing TPM or WCM methodology; * Experience in Industrial Process Digitalization; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to work onsite in Piracicaba/SP. **Preferred Qualifications:** * JIPM Certification participation; * Experience with AI-driven processes; * Familiarity with BI tools. **.** ----- * Start applying via LinkedIn * * Begin * **Please wait...**
