Technical support, incident resolution, and system customization We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-oriented **IT Analyst** to join our team! This professional will be responsible for providing technical support to employees and managing the internal infrastructure of units regarding network and system operations. **Responsibilities:** * **Infrastructure and Networks:** Configure, monitor, and maintain servers and computer networks. * **Support and Solutions:** Provide technical support to users, resolve incidents (tickets), and install/update software. * **Information Security:** Implement firewalls, perform data backups, and manage user access to protect the digital environment. * **Systems Management:** Analyze, define requirements, develop, and customize information systems. * **Planning:** Propose infrastructure improvements, research technologies, and participate in IT architecture development. **Requirements:** * Completed high school; ongoing or completed higher education is a plus. * Prior experience in the IT field. * Monitor employee support activities and internal technical support. * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in infrastructure and technological demands. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the IT field. * Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, and technological systems.
