Job Summary: MTO, the unit administrator of O Matuto Fogo & Mar and O Matuto Expressa, is seeking a chapes maker to prepare and release proteins following established standards while maintaining utensil cleanliness. Currently, we manage 19 units across the state — including 4 Fogo \& Mar locations in Campinas and 15 Expressa units distributed throughout the region and capital.
