Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Production or Mechanical Engineering (currently enrolled or completed); Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus); Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is desirable; Experience in industrial processes; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Willingness to work on-site in Conchal/SP. Responsibilities: Provide technical and administrative support to engineering processes, contributing to the mapping, standardization, control, and continuous improvement of operational and production workflows; assist in indicator analysis, preparation of technical documentation, project monitoring, and implementation of best practices, aiming for efficiency, quality, and compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
