Job Request Number: 115079 Schedule: Full Time **Quality Analyst** **OBJECTIVE** Ensure operational excellence in logistics processes through the implementation and monitoring of quality standards, audits, and performance analysis, promoting continuous improvement and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. The professional is responsible for ensuring efficiency and safety across the logistics chain, contributing to customer satisfaction and alignment with organizational strategies. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Evaluate and analyze logistics processes to identify improvement opportunities, with focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance. * Implement continuous improvement methodologies to optimize operational procedures and act as a Coach during audit processes. * Develop, implement, and audit quality control standards applied to logistics operations, based on internal policies, customer requirements, and applicable legislation. * Conduct internal inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001\). * Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality across different stages of the logistics chain. * Identify, investigate, and document non-conformities using tools such as root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa). * Develop corrective and preventive action plans to address non-conformities and prevent recurrence. * Deliver training and awareness initiatives to employees, aiming to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. * Monitor the performance and efficiency of warehousing and product handling processes, ensuring item integrity and customer satisfaction. * Conduct internal and supplier audits, promoting alignment with logistics quality and safety standards. * Maintain organized records of all quality-related activities and prepare management reports for leadership review. **DSV – Global Transport and Logistics** Working at DSV means working in a league of its own.
