Technical interface with customers and internal departments **Application Supervisor** **Job Prerequisites** **Shift:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office Suite. **Experience Required:** Minimum 5 years in the field. **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise and guide the automation engineering and electrical panel assembly team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Ensure adherence to deadlines, technical quality of deliverables, and compliance with internal standards. Drive team technical development by promoting training, standardization, and continuous improvement. Plan resources, schedules, and priorities jointly with coordination and project, production, and procurement departments. Serve as the technical interface with customers, suppliers, and other internal departments. Support technical feasibility analysis, cost estimation, and scheduling for projects. **Expected Attitudes:** Technical team leadership and management. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
