This role will align client requirements with business objectives, ensuring high-value deliveries with quality, efficiency, and scalability. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage complex software implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget; * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones; * Facilitate communication among stakeholders, clients, and internal teams; * Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions; * Prepare and present status reports to leadership and stakeholders; * Collaborate closely with Development, Product, Architecture, QA, Customer Success, and Support teams; * Conduct follow-up meetings, reviews, and planning sessions; * Implement and optimize project management processes and best practices; * Promote continuous improvement in processes and deliverables; * Manage stakeholder expectations and alignment; * Ensure clear and transparent communication throughout the entire project lifecycle; * Manage scope changes; * Lead retrospectives and document lessons learned; * Contribute to documentation and knowledge base; * Perform related activities as needed. **Requirements:** --------------- We seek professionals eager to grow in an innovative, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.
