Job Summary: We are seeking a Predictive Maintenance Technician to plan and execute industrial maintenance activities, analyze operational data, and propose improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Proposing technical improvements for efficiency and cost reduction **Predictive Maintenance Technician – CLT** **On-site \| JDF – Santa Bárbara d’Oeste/SP** **Mon–Thu: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM \| Fri: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM** **What we seek:** * Technical education in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. * Experience in industrial maintenance and predictive maintenance techniques. * Analytical ability to interpret operational data and performance indicators. * Knowledge of measurement instruments, calibration, and machine monitoring. * Organized, technical profile oriented toward continuous improvement and safety. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of industrial automation (PLC, controllers, embedded devices). * Experience with machine monitoring projects and data collection. * Hands-on experience validating electrical panels and automated systems. * Proficiency in preparing technical reports and presentations. **Day-to-day responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and monitor industrial and predictive maintenance activities. * Analyze operational data to identify potential failures and improvement opportunities. * Perform predictive maintenance routines and equipment monitoring. * Program and adjust automation devices according to projects and procedures. * Develop and monitor machine monitoring projects. * Conduct basic tests, trials, and commissioning. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical procedures and reports. * Support internal departments and provide technical assistance to external customers. * Propose technical improvements focused on efficiency, safety, and cost reduction. * Comply with safety, environmental, quality standards, and 5S practices.
