If you seek challenges, enjoy applying your knowledge in practice, and want to work in a **dynamic and visionary team**, this opportunity is for you! **Your responsibilities in this role:** * Provide first-level technical support to all customers * Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents via telephone * Open tickets and provide first-level assistance (via telephone or remote access) to users for defects in IT or Telecom services (telephony, radio, networks, and infrastructure) * Monitor the status and progress of resolution for all open incidents * Follow up until resolution to ensure incidents are addressed within the contracted SLA * Keep users informed about the status and progress of incidents * Contribute to the Service Desk knowledge base **What we are looking for:** * Completed high school education * Experience with first-level technical support (IT/Telecom) **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of microcomputers; * Basic knowledge of network communications, telephony, and infrastructure; * Completed technical course in technology or related field. **Work schedule: 5x2 — from 10:00 AM to 7:48 PM** **Note: The schedule is 5x2, meaning you work five days per week and have two days off. Days off may fall on weekdays or weekends, depending on operational scheduling.** Our selection process will be conducted online, including interviews with the Human Resources team and technical assessments.
