Updating of KPIs and training **Job Purpose and Impact** -------------------------- Provide administrative support in Production and Logistics areas; prepare reports and spreadsheets; complete and review documents; update KPIs; deliver training related to the area; assist in organization; perform truck weighing and goods entry into the Company's system; complete documentation related to pharmaceutical items; issue and prepare shipments for dispatch; post inventory adjustments in SAP for warehouse items (finished goods and raw materials). **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * Update departmental KPIs and electronic reports; * Control and centralize documentation for pharmaceutical production; * Manage all documentation required for truck entry and exit; * Enter received batches into the system and create internal batch identifiers; * Post inventory adjustments for warehouse/raw material and finished goods items; * Comply with occupational health and safety, food safety, and environmental safety standards as described in internal procedures, onboarding instructions, and periodic Integrated Management System trainings; * Perform other assigned duties. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Completed high school education * Intermediate computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Windows) * Prior experience in administrative activities such as issuing invoices, receiving and dispatching, inventory control, and managing Excel spreadsheets * Technical course in Administration, Logistics, Safety, or related fields will be considered a plus * Availability to work the second shift (Monday through Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18) At Cargill, every person matters.
