Job Summary: An internship focused on hands-on learning, autonomy, and continuous professional development in Customer Success, with tangible impact on science. Key Highlights: 1. Intensive hands-on learning experience with technology and real-world impact 2. Development of self-awareness, autonomy, and professional maturity 3. Direct interaction with founders and a safe environment to experiment and grow At Chuva, we believe internships should train—not just fill positions. That’s why our proposal is simple: real work, practical learning, daily feedback, and earned autonomy. We phrase it this way because much of the market still operates on the “drain” logic (*brain drain*): promising development but delivering only the bare minimum needed to keep you running. We’ve built the opposite: **Brain Bridges**. You bring energy, initiative, curiosity, and the desire to learn through the internship. We contribute 18 years of experience at an independent technology company, direct access to founders, personalized mentorship, and a safe environment where you can test, make mistakes, adjust, and grow. Our work advances science by supporting **over 800,000 researchers worldwide** via Galoá—the platform enabling **Proceedings Science**, Brazil’s largest open-access repository of scientific events. If you’re looking for a conventional internship, the market offers many options. But if you want an intensive, hands-on learning experience with technology, responsibility, and real impact—this could be your place. **What is the Internship Program \- Self-Manager?** Working with purpose demands greater self-awareness, autonomy, and professional maturity. Our question is: how do you learn these in practice? At Chuva, we turn this challenge into concrete training. We call it Self-Manager—a framework ensuring continuous growth through the internship program: * Organization: planning your own week. * Prioritization: identifying what needs to be done first. * Raising your hand: asking for help early, without hiding difficulties. * Accountability: proactively sharing progress—no follow-ups required. * Maturity: giving and receiving feedback objectively, without taking it personally. * Autonomy: using technology to work smarter—not just faster. This is what you’ll learn and practice throughout the internship. Not everything will be glamorous. There will be operational and repetitive tasks—because **consistency** also builds competence. At the same time, you’ll engage with AI, process improvement, and real problems faced by a dynamic company. In the Customer Success Internship \- Relationship Management track, you’ll primarily work across four areas: * **Strategic Client Communication:** Screening, reading, and sending emails; supporting project management and researcher relationships across multiple countries—with clear, respectful, and educational communication. * **AI Use and Solution Configuration:** Supporting setups, identifying patterns and opportunities to improve software quality, resolving recurring questions, and training bots to optimize customer experience (CX). * **Data and Process Accuracy:** Data cleansing and importation with high attention to detail, reducing errors and rework in support operations. * **Process Improvement Projects:** Solving small, real-world challenges under supervision—aiming to make processes simpler, faster, and more reliable. **Requirements** **What Might Frustrate You Here:** We’re fully transparent about our challenges so you know exactly what you’re stepping into: * **Things change quickly:** We’re not a rigid company. When a better path emerges, we adjust our course. * **The learning curve is steep:** You don’t need to know everything upon arrival—but you must want to learn, commit, and grow consistently. * **Daily communication:** You’ll read, write, receive feedback, and ask for help when stuck—rather than disappearing with the problem. **Your Part of the Bridge (What You Bring to the Internship):** We don’t require prior market experience—but we do require a strong foundation of attitude: * **Active, verified enrollment:** Starting from the 3rd year of any undergraduate program (Exact Sciences, Humanities, or Biological Sciences). * **Availability and curiosity:** 6 hours per day (30 hours weekly). * **Affinity with technology:** You won’t be coding—but you shouldn’t fear exploring new software or web platforms. * **The Raw Material of the Self-Manager (Self-Responsibility):** Time management and emotional intelligence aren’t prerequisites—we’ll teach those. But you must bring humility to listen, courage to signal when stuck, and willingness to take ownership of your own development. **Benefits** **How We Support Your Journey? With Infrastructure for Growth Bridges:** * **Stipend \+ Benefits:** R$ 1\.950,000 (R$ 1\.200 \+ R$ 750\). * **Transportation allowance:** Flexible, based on your commuting needs. * **Hybrid work:** At least 3 days per week at our headquarters in Barão Geraldo, near Unicamp. * **Kumbatia and CumbuChuva:** We invest our time in your development through book clubs and internal training sessions. * **Real flexibility:** We understand exam weeks and unexpected events. We adjust schedules based on your academic calendar.
