We supply specialized valves for diverse industries, including: * Chemical * Petrochemical * Refineries * Pharmaceutical * Paper and Pulp * Water Treatment Plants * Electrical and Nuclear Power Plants SPECIALIZED VALVES FOR CRITICAL APPLICATIONS * Zero Dead Space * Self-Lubricating * Maintenance-Free * High Chemical Resistance CERTIFICATIONS: * PED 97/23/EC \- TA \- Luft/VDI 2440 \- AD \- 2000 / HP0 / TRD 201 * Firesafe Design per API 607 * KTA 1401 * SIL 3 * API 598 **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participation in and preparation of Risk Assessment Plans (PGR); * Execution of control over Admission, Periodic, Return-to-Work, and Termination medical examinations; * Approval and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (EPIs), along with respective controls (e.g., delivery records, CA registration tracking, etc.); * Conducting onboarding training for new employees and third-party service providers; * Experience conducting Preliminary Risk Analyses (APRs) and issuing work permits for high-risk internal activities and third-party operations; * Planning, participating in, and monitoring training sessions and meetings of the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) and Fire Brigade; * Control of hazardous materials and waste for proper disposal (e.g., sludge, oil, etc.); * Environmental experience preferred (e.g., CETESB licensing, MTR and DMR issuance, etc.); * Training in NR 35 (work at heights) and NR 11 (forklift operation) preferred; practical knowledge of NR 12 and NR 10 also preferred; * Authority inherent to the position; * Ability to conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS) and area-specific trainings; * Dynamic and proactive approach; * Experience implementing or managing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 will be considered an advantage. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical-level qualification in Occupational Safety (TST) with valid registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * A university degree in Environmental Management or Safety and Health is advantageous; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Organized, with public speaking skills and ability to deliver DDS and area-specific trainings; * Experience in the metal-mechanical industry; * Practical knowledge and experience in NR-related training, operations, and projects, especially NR 01, 06, 07, 10, 11, 12, and 13; * Practical knowledge and experience in NR 12-focused projects and solutions; * Knowledge of NR 10, 11, 13, and 35; * Ability and ease in drafting standards, procedures, or work instructions; * Instructor certification for NR 11 and/or NR 35 is advantageous **Additional Information** * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Health Insurance Plan * Wellhub (Gympass) * Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher\* * On-site Meals * Chartered Bus Service * Birthday Day Off * Occupational Gymnastics (3 times per week) * Subject to presenteeism policy Join a German multinational company, a leader in specialized valve and system solutions.
