No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided A textile company in Sumaré is hiring a Production Assistant, with or without experience. Position in the Rameuse (Rama) department. The candidate will operate the Rama machine, which is essential for finishing woven and knitted fabrics. They will adjust temperature, speed, and width to ensure heat setting, dimensional stability, and final fabric quality. Detailed responsibilities: * **Machine Setup:** Adjust the Rama machine according to production orders, setting technical parameters for heat, speed, and width. * **Feeding and Monitoring:** Feed fabric into the machine and continuously monitor the process to prevent defects. * **Finishing:** Perform drying, stretching, dye fixation, and application of chemical treatments (e.g., waterproofing, softening). * **Quality Control:** Inspect intermediate and final products, verifying fabric alignment and compliance with specifications. * **Basic Maintenance and Safety:** Adhere to workplace safety regulations and perform preventive cleaning of equipment. Night shift position From Sunday to Friday From 9:00 PM to 5:10 AM Night shift allowance of approximately R$ 500.00 No prior experience required; the hired candidate will receive on-the-job training.
