Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for operating, installing, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on various air conditioning equipment and refrigeration systems. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of various air conditioning equipment 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration systems 3. Knowledge of thermal energy storage and automation systems **Responsibilities:** Operate, install, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment (e.g., split, self-contained, window, fan coil, chiller) with direct and indirect expansion. Perform preventive maintenance routines on water- and/or air-cooled air conditioning systems. Knowledge of maintenance routines for all equipment comprising the refrigeration system (chilled water plant), including terminal equipment (corrective and preventive). Knowledge of thermal energy storage and automation systems.
