We are seeking a High School Physics Teacher—a person passionate about education and the dynamic school environment, with experience in mainstream or bilingual schools delivering Physics lessons, including lesson planning and execution.**RESPONSIBILITIES**
What You Will Do:
* Gain familiarity with the curriculum programs used in the grades you teach;
* Collaborate with other teachers and subject/segment leadership to ensure alignment and consistency;
* Plan lessons and develop pedagogical materials, considering students’ individual needs;
* Deliver Physics lessons aligned with Brazil’s National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC) and the school-selected teaching materials (physical or digital);
* Employ diverse teaching and learning practices, including active methodologies, responsive teaching, assessment for learning (AfL), and inquiry-based methods;
* Consistently integrate technology to enrich and enhance learning;
* Supervise students in school spaces;
* Substitute for other teachers within the same segment when requested;
* Mediate relationships among students, families, and the school;
* Prepare assessments and communicate results;
* Analyze and interpret pedagogical data to adjust instruction and improve learning outcomes;

* Format and populate our assessment tracking platform (iSams) with data in preparation for family reports;
* Participate in pedagogical meetings (including COC) and school events;
* Ensure students’ physical and emotional safety, and support their socio-emotional development (safeguarding).

What You Need:
* Bachelor’s degree in Physics Education (Licenciatura em Física);
* Experience teaching at the High School level.
