You will be responsible for accompanying the guest's entire journey before and during their stay, ensuring a calm, organized, and caring experience. You will act as the bridge between the guest and the services offered by Carneiros Pernambuco Temporada, delivering professional, approachable, and human-centered service. **Daily Responsibilities** ✔ Accompany stays from pre- to post-check-in; ✔ Grant access at building entrances; ✔ Manage and maintain stay-related data; ✔ Provide support to tourists during their stay; ✔ Monitor and manage guest requests and service calls; ✔ Organize chat channels and service workflows; ✔ Handle administrative tasks related to reservations and information; ✔ Respond via chat, email, and phone; ✔ Serve as the liaison between lodging needs and other departments. **Requirements to Shine With Us** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Proven experience in customer service; * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; * Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication; * Personal computer required; * Organized, committed, and proactive. **Benefits We Offer** ?
