




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Identify and recruit new regional system integrator partners, bringing their project scopes and RFPs to advance business opportunities. Manage commercial relationships with existing integrators, including: responding to quotation requests; managing the sales pipeline; interpreting RFPs and RFIs. Oversee projects jointly with partners to ensure proper go-live for end customers, thereby securing retention and future sales opportunities (cross-sell). Organize periodic training workshops for integrator teams, covering technical topics and commercially relevant subjects. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in IT-related fields (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines). Experience in IT services and/or project management. Knowledge of the sales process, budgeting, and contracting. Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud concepts, and security. Advanced English proficiency. Presentation skills and strong communication abilities.
