Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. • Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001\. • Experience conducting internal and external audits. * Solid knowledge of process management and performance indicators. • Proficiency in tools: PDCA, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys. • Experience in document management. • Knowledge of risk and opportunity analysis. * Preferred qualifications: Internal auditor certification. • Experience in calibration laboratories. • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025\. • Experience with accreditation processes (INMETRO).
