




Job Summary: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, and low-complexity mechanical and pneumatic installations to ensure uninterrupted production. Optimization of resource usage and reduction of environmental impact. **Description:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on low-complexity machines, equipment, and mechanical and pneumatic installations in the manufacturing area to ensure full operational functionality of the production process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machines, equipment, and low-complexity areas upon receipt of maintenance work orders, ensuring full operational continuity through replacement and/or repair of parts and components; * Execute PTMs (Preventive Maintenance Procedures) for lubrication, re-tightening, cleaning, inspection, and replacement of low-complexity worn components. * Record performed services, identified defects, and types of repairs for tracking completed maintenance activities; * Report any abnormal equipment behavior to the immediate supervisor, providing information enabling prompt action; * Comply with safety regulations and proper use of PPEs and collective protective equipment (CPEs), while maintaining workplace organization, cleanliness, order, and operational equipment upkeep; * Ensure quality of instruments/equipment by keeping them in optimal working condition; * Perform minor painting on mechanical metal structures to ensure proper maintenance of equipment/areas under maintenance. * Maintain organization and cleanliness in assigned areas, especially—but not exclusively—the workshop and other utility-area sectors. * Perform medium- and high-complexity mechanical maintenance tasks under supervision of senior-level mechanics across all plant sectors, including administrative and industrial areas. * Act responsibly toward company resources, optimizing energy, water, and material usage, and contributing to reduced environmental impact. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering; * Prior experience in this role; * Clear communication skills and problem-solving ability. **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary; * Educational incentive; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance. * Wellhub gym membership.
