Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining excellence in payroll processes and supporting various areas of the Human Resources Department, ensuring continuity and quality in deliverables. Here, you will be responsible for maintaining excellence in payroll processes and supporting various areas of the Human Resources Department while ensuring continuity and quality in deliverables. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Process onboarding, offboarding, vacations, and leaves, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and company policies; * Perform electronic timekeeping reconciliation and support the generation of files for bank integration; * Manage and control benefits such as transportation vouchers (VT), meal vouchers (VR), health insurance plans, and legal obligations; * Prepare reports such as vacation accruals and the 13th salary to support management; * Suggest and support initiatives for continuous improvement in the area. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this position, you must have: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience with Payroll; * Knowledge of HR Management Systems; * Experience in the Human Resources Department, preferably within a BPO environment; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Familiarity with LG, SCI, and Domínio systems will be an advantage. Nice to have: * Familiarity with digital HR tools; * Proactivity in process improvement or automation projects.
