We are looking for a **Junior Systems Analyst** who will work with: * Basic to intermediate knowledge of native Salesforce platform functionalities and Sales Cloud and Service Cloud offerings * Experience or familiarity with declarative development on the Salesforce platform, including building Flows (Screen Flows, Record\-Triggered, Schedule\-Triggered), Lightning Pages, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Reports \& Dashboards, List Views, Approval Processes, Record Types, Queues, Assignment Rules, and Escalation Rules * Experience or familiarity with Apex, Triggers, and LWC development is not required but may be considered a differentiator. There will be opportunities for learning and growth alongside more experienced developers * Basic understanding of Salesforce security and permissions to ensure appropriate user access, applying configurations such as OWD, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Roles, and Public Groups * Data management through import and export operations * Understanding of data modeling, including configuration and customization of standard and custom objects * Basic knowledge of Salesforce metadata and deployment processes across environments * Familiarity with version control and source code management tools such as Git and GitHub for branch management and collaborative control * Strong communication skills and team spirit to collaborate effectively with analysts, consultants, and senior developers, ensuring deliverables align with business needs * Proactivity in continuous learning and adoption of Salesforce-recommended best practices * Participation in agile ceremonies and collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance professionals, Technical Leads, Architects, and Release Managers to ensure value-driven deliveries At Deloitte, we connect ideas, technologies, and talents to drive a better future for each of us—elevating the human experience in business development and transformation—in a way only Deloitte can.
