Opportunity to enhance web and mobile products already in production About the Challenge: We are currently enhancing and finalizing the launch of **medium-scale web and mobile platforms**, already featuring **robust MVPs in production**, and we seek **Mid-level and Senior Developers** to join our tribes and accelerate the **go-live, continuous evolution, and scalability of our products**. You will work on projects with real-world impact, using a modern tech stack, within a collaborative environment and a strong culture centered on quality, automation, and engineering best practices. Key Responsibilities: * Develop new features and enhance existing web and mobile products; * Ensure application quality, performance, security, and scalability; * Integrate APIs, microservices, and front-end components; * Collaborate with Tech Leads, QA, and Product teams to define technical solutions; * Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum); * Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement; * Promote technical best practices across the team; * For Senior profile: serve as a technical reference and support the team. Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Exact Sciences, Computer Science, or related fields; * or * Bachelor’s degree in any field plus a postgraduate degree in technology (minimum 360 hours). Technical Requirements: * Practical experience with one or more of the following primary stacks: Back-end: * Java (Traditional / Spring Boot) * PHP (Laravel) * Node.js Front-end / Mobile: * Angular * Flutter * REST API consumption and development; * Code versioning with Git; * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum); * Knowledge of software architecture; * Relational databases; * Docker and cloud environments (AWS or similar). Preferred Qualifications: * Experience launching platforms or applications into production; * Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines; * Integration with AI via API (e.g., GPT); * Messaging systems, microservices, and observability; * Prior experience serving as a technical reference (for Senior profile).
