If you want to work on systems that are genuinely used and have direct business impact, this is the place for you. #### **About the Role:** We are looking for developers at two levels: * A more experienced profile focused on backend development, integrations, and analysis of complex problems. * A mid-level profile with balanced backend and frontend involvement, maintaining and evolving existing systems. #### **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain web applications using Java, JSP, and JavaScript. * Evolve legacy systems with a focus on continuous improvement. * Work with PostgreSQL databases (queries, performance tuning, data analysis). * Develop and consume APIs and integrate with other systems. * Identify and resolve production issues (log analysis, technical diagnostics, troubleshooting). * Participate in defining technical solutions. * Enhance user experience in existing interfaces. #### **Required Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). * Experience with Java development. * Knowledge of JavaScript. * Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred). * Familiarity with web development fundamentals (HTTP, APIs, requests). * Analytical and problem-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with JSP. * Experience with retail systems or ERP software. * Experience with system-to-system integrations. * Knowledge of React. * Basic Linux knowledge. * Experience optimizing SQL queries and analyzing performance. * Interest or experience in improving interface design and usability. #### **Competencies:** * Analytical and investigative mindset. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Strong communication within technical teams. * Ability to work with complex systems. * Commitment to continuous learning and growth. #### **What We Offer:** * CLT employment regime. * Market-competitive compensation. * 44-hour weekly work schedule. * On-site work. * An environment that fosters autonomy and participation in technical decision-making. * Medical and dental insurance. * Meal/food allowance.
