* Experience with quality tools, data analysis and presentation tools, data analysis, CX and/or CS metrics, and advanced typing skills;
* Advanced written and verbal communication skills;
* Proficiency in IT tools (Google Sheets, Microsoft Office suite);
* Knowledge of ANATEL regulations and/or the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, and other applicable regulations;
* Familiarity with Kanban methodology, project management, and customer journey mapping;
