**Job Description** We are looking for an **Operations Support Operator** to provide customer service through the Olos system, involving confirmation of personal information, address, and schedule availability. Let’s sail toward the future! **\#JoinBrisanet** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Experience the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group; * Prepare reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Update area indicators when necessary; * Actively participate in meetings and organizational commitments when required; * Use individual and collective safety equipment when necessary; * Perform other related duties according to area needs and leadership guidance; * Provide customer service through the Olos system, including confirmation of personal data, address, and schedule availability; * Register every customer contact received in the Revan and Yoda systems; * Clarify customer inquiries when necessary; * Collect customer data such as phone number and new address for registration updates if needed.
