Supply Assistant – Warehouse – Caxias D'Or Hospital Description: Requirements: * Education: Completed high school; * Prior experience in administrative processes required; * Knowledge of warehouse operations and integrated systems is desirable; * Basic Excel proficiency required; Responsibilities: * Perform core departmental duties—including supporting units, receiving, storing, controlling, and distributing materials—to meet institutional needs; - Monitor supplier material receipt, inspection, storage, and inventory control activities. Monitor material picking, inspection, and system confirmation, as well as organization of materials to meet demand; - Support operational units. Track and maintain daily distribution center performance indicators. Additional information: * Work location: Duque de Caxias (Caxias D'Or Hospital); - Work schedule: 220 hours/month (5-day week, Mon–Fri, 8:00–18:00) * Availability for training required.
