Summary of Responsibilities: Supervise activities related to leak testing, inspection, and labeling of sterile products; Ensure compliance with ANVISA regulations – RDC 67; Guarantee proper execution of SOPs and production records (OPs); Review documentation for each produced and inspected batch and forward it to Quality Assurance; Develop and conduct training for the team aimed at qualification and control of inspection processes; Monitor collective and individual productivity indicators for the department, presenting action plans in response to results falling outside productivity targets; Control technical documentation, records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs); Participate in investigations of deviations, non-conformities, and corrective actions; Interact with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Production Laboratories; Ensure traceability, quality, and safety of processed products. Requirements: Completed degree in Pharmacy Experience in pharmaceutical and/or compounding industry – Sterile preparation.
