We are seeking a talent to fill the position of Senior People Consultant. **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and duties** Activities to be performed: * Act as a strategic partner to directors and superintendents, supporting decision-making on succession, organizational structure, performance, and climate. * Lead the execution of people cycles across assigned areas, ensuring consistency, fairness, and use of outcomes to develop people. * Conduct performance and succession calibration processes, facilitating discussions and promoting evidence-based decisions. * Analyze organizational structures and propose headcount adjustments, job design, and workforce planning in partnership with specialist areas. * Identify people management risks and opportunities, preparing diagnostics and strategic recommendations for leadership. * Act as an influencer of organizational culture, engaging leaders in practices of appreciation, development, and recognition. * Represent the People area in executive forums and support implementation of high-impact corporate initiatives.
