Responsibilities Coordinate controllership routines, ensuring the integrity, consistency, and reliability of financial, accounting, tax, and managerial information. Develop, monitor, and analyze the annual budget (budget), forecast, and periodic revisions. Monitor economic performance, analyzing variances among actual, budgeted, and projected results. Develop, monitor, and present financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs). Support the calculation and analysis of industrial costs, margins, and profitability by product, customer, or unit. Prepare managerial reports, executive dashboards, and presentations for senior management and business units. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Production departments to ensure alignment and consistency of information. Monitor and analyze tax impacts on company results, including taxes such as PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, and other applicable taxes. Support analyses related to tax planning, tax credits, and the impact of tax regimes on economic results. Identify opportunities to improve processes, internal controls, and economic-financial efficiency. Support leadership in strategic decision-making through analyses, scenario planning, and feasibility studies. Education and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or Production Engineering. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, Business Management, or related fields (preferred). Solid knowledge of financial analysis, budgetary management, industrial costing, performance indicators, and taxation. Knowledge of applicable tax legislation and understanding of tax impacts on business results. Proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI or similar) for data analysis and presentation (preferred). Analytical profile, strategic vision, organizational skills, and clear communication abilities for interaction across various departments and hierarchical levels within the company.
