Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across various areas. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Production, or related fields). * Experience as a Process Analyst. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and quality tools is desirable. * Analytical capability to identify problems, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions. * Proactivity, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in teams. * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) is desirable. * Familiarity with technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, TopSolid) is desirable. * Familiarity with SAP ERP system is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. * Develop and manage engineering projects, including industrial automation, manufacturing plants, capacity expansion, new equipment, and operational efficiency. * Manage financial control of project CAPEX, monitoring budgets, investments, and costs to ensure financial viability and achievement of financial targets. * Map, analyze, and optimize engineering and production processes, identifying bottlenecks, improvement opportunities, and risks. * Propose and oversee the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and tools aimed at automation and digitalization of production processes. * Participate in defining and executing productive parameters in manufacturing processes to optimize performance and quality. * Address engineering, production process, and equipment issues by identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions to ensure operational continuity. * Develop and implement continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or other process optimization tools. * Prepare technical documentation based on regulatory requirements (flowcharts, standard operating procedures \- SOPs, manuals), ensuring their update and application. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, IT) to ensure integration and alignment of process initiatives. * Conduct data and performance indicator analyses to monitor improvement effectiveness and identify new opportunities.
