Join us in driving this transformation! **Work Location:** Miguel Pereira and Paty do Alferes – RJ. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Guide, provide technical support for, and supervise the execution of required services—including those performed by third-party contractors—according to internal and technical specifications (e.g., fraud or anomalies); * Engage with customers directly in the field, negotiating with delinquent accounts and conducting property registration updates, fulfilling received service orders (SOs); * Ensure compliance by third-party companies with the use of PPEs (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment (CPEs), through supervision and Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS); * Inspect, address, and report fraud cases identified in the field, using photographs and service orders; * Develop expansion, reallocation, and replacement projects for water networks, based on field verification of fraud occurrences; * Conduct meter readings in the cities of Miguel Pereira and Paty do Alferes. * Carry out activities related to fraud prevention and supervision. * Perform service suspension and reconnection activities. * All activities will be conducted in the cities of Miguel Pereira and Paty do Alferes. * Drive company vehicles to carry out tasks in external environments, reporting any incidents and ensuring safety, adherence to traffic regulations, and proper vehicle maintenance. * Comply with sustainability standards (safety, hygiene, quality, environmental preservation, health, and the 5S methodology). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid and definitive Category B driver’s license (CNH B); * Familiarity with inspection or supervision procedures; * Thorough knowledge of the local cities; At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and actively promote an ethical and inclusive culture.
