Job Summary: Assist in production planning, scheduling, and control to ensure adherence to deadlines, optimal resource utilization, and fulfillment of commercial demands through PCP activities, production orders, and inventory control. Assist in production planning, scheduling, and control, ensuring timely delivery, optimal resource utilization, and fulfillment of commercial demands in accordance with the company’s production capacity. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Production Planning and Control:** Assist in PCP activities. **Production Orders:** Issue and monitor production orders. Track production progress, identify deviations, and propose adjustments. **Inventory:** Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels. Assist in warehouse and internal logistics activities. **Inventory Counting:** Support inventory control activities. Interface with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Sales departments. **Data and Information:** Update data in ERP system. Maintain spreadsheets and reports. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Completed high school (completion of a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred). **Technical Competencies:** Knowledge of inventory management systems and planning software. Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles is an advantage. **Behavioral Competencies:** Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data. Good communication and teamwork skills.
