Direct contact with on-duty physicians **Job Responsibilities:** * Register patients in the Tasy system using the Unified Patient Registration; * Organize the department for patient service; * Authorize tests and hospitalizations via service provider portals; * Generate payment receipts; * Maintain direct contact with on-duty physicians; * Pay attention to the needs of service departments; * Cover vacations, medical certificates, and departmental unexpected absences. **Work Schedule:** * Rotating 12x36 shift schedule, subject to change to 44 hours/week, Monday through Friday. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in computer skills; * Familiarity with the Tasy system and hospital routines is a plus; * Full availability of working hours.
