Come be part of our team. **Join\-us!** #### **Daily Responsibilities:** * Responsible for analyzing and approving architectural projects for stores, kiosks, and common areas, ensuring compliance with the project manual and technical standards. Monitors construction, renovation, and expansion works, guaranteeing quality and adherence to deadlines. Conducts technical inspections, prepares reports, provides technical support to tenants and internal departments, and manages the technical archive with updated plans and designs. Develops basic layouts for space optimization, supports improvements in common areas in partnership with Engineering and Operations, and ensures the updating of "as built" records. Operates in compliance with safety, accessibility, health inspection, and other legal requirements. #### **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning (with active CAU registration) is required * Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp #### **What We Offer:** * Salary: R$2\.272,00 * Working Hours: 08:00 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday) * Benefits: Transportation Allowance, Meal/Food Allowance, Dental Plan, and Group Life Insurance.
