Collaborate with the production team and focus on the customer. **Job Mission** * Install automotive accessories with quality, safety, and precision, adhering to the manufacturer's and dealership's technical standards, ensuring proper functionality, vehicle integrity, and customer satisfaction, thereby contributing to increased product added value and the company’s excellence image. **Your Daily Responsibilities** * Ensure installations comply with technical specifications and safety standards; * Maintain quality, finish, and delivery deadlines; * Preserve the vehicle and its components during service; * Work with organization, responsibility, and customer focus; * Contribute to the profitability of the accessories department; * Collaborate with the production team, assisting other staff members as needed; * Inspect the quality of assembled products, identifying and correcting potential defects; * Strictly follow assembly procedures and technical specifications for each item. **What You Should Have** * Completed high school education; * Experience in automotive accessories installation; * Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems; * Familiarity with Chevrolet vehicles is preferred. **Our Benefits:** * Health insurance, dental insurance, meal allowance, life insurance, transportation allowance, pharmacy assistance, Wellhub (Gympass), MediQuo (telemedicine), Chevrolet product and service bonuses, SESC benefits (leisure, hospitality, nutrition, sports), and other partner programs.
