




* Handle user support requests (on-site and remote). * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. * Monitor equipment performance and perform preventive maintenance. * Manage network access, emails, and internal systems. * Monitor network connections (Wi\-Fi, VPN, cabling, routers, and switches). * Implement security policies (passwords, access control, antivirus, and firewall). * Update operating systems and critical software. * Install and update corporate systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). * Provide user support for system usage. * Monitor system integrations and new modules. * Conduct tests, validate updates, and report bugs. * Document system procedures and processes. * Manage corporate email accounts (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.). * Administer cloud storage (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.). * Maintain inventory of IT equipment. * Request and track purchases of equipment and licenses. * Set up and deliver machines to new employees. * Perform equipment return checklists upon employee termination.
