This structure enables the Group to maintain a high standard of quality, strengthen patient experience, and sustain its continuous growth in the health and wellness sector. **Job Mission** Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of the Adriana Vilarinho Group’s financial, accounting, and tax information, acting with technical expertise in the preparation, validation, and analysis of data, as well as in managing the accounting partner, guaranteeing compliance, governance, and qualified support for decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties*** Act as the technical responsible person in partner management, ensuring alignment, deadlines, and quality of accounting, tax, and labor deliverables. * Develop, review, and implement financial, accounting, and tax policies and procedures, focusing on operational efficiency and governance. * Structure, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), with monthly reporting to leadership. * Perform accounting reconciliations, ensuring consistency among financial, tax, and accounting records. * Actively participate in tax and accounting closings, evaluating and managing the closing schedule, reviewing tax entries, analyzing accounting entries for reclassification purposes, and supporting journal entries and accruals. * Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial and accounting statements, including the Balance Sheet and Statement of Income (DRE), highlighting significant variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Support and monitor various financial matters, including cash flow, invoice issuance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Degree in Accounting Sciences (postgraduate qualification is considered a plus). * Proven experience in accounting, tax, and finance areas, particularly in closings and financial statements. * Full proficiency in SAP B1 (mandatory). * Demonstrated experience in structuring and analyzing financial KPIs. * Analytical, critical, organized profile with a strong sense of responsibility. * Ability to work autonomously, with strategic vision and strong problem-solving skills. **Additional Information*** Role with a high degree of technical responsibility and direct impact on financial governance. * Close interaction with leadership, focused on information quality, control, and decision-making.
