You will be responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety, organization, and excellence in customer service within the Food segment. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise the process and completion of all services in your unit, ensuring excellent customer service, always in accordance with contractual agreements; * Analyze and monitor the full set of qualitative and quantitative results within your scope, aiming to optimize business unit operations, capable of developing action plans, strategies, and creating innovative actions to improve unit performance and customer service; * Be responsible for the annual planning and creation of your unit's budget, ensuring it is met and even exceeded throughout the year; * Manage the team by applying HR processes and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, and task direction. Establish clear communication and promote technical, behavioral, and health and safety training. Ensure an engaged, up-to-date, and productive team; * Work in a large-scale corporate operation, with an average daily volume of 400 meals. Key Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Previous experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Solid experience in leadership, development, and management of multidisciplinary teams; Differentiators: * Postgraduate degree in Sanitary Surveillance / Food and Nutrition Units / Related fields.
