




Job Summary: The Warehouse Clerk I is responsible for organizing and handling materials in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with Quality and Safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of Quality and Safety standards The Warehouse Clerk I is responsible for selecting materials for production use according to requested lists; updating inventory movements in the system; receiving, inspecting, and organizing goods and other inventory items in the warehouse; shipping finished products; and working in accordance with technical, Quality, Safety, and 5S procedures. * Select inventory items for panel production, verifying the material list sent by the Projects Department, prioritizing urgent items, and issuing purchase orders for missing items. * Label received products according to batch numbers. * Scan products destined for their respective locations. * Provide segregated materials to Production, verifying delivered items together with the assembler. * Perform daily write-offs of consumable products in the Protheus system. * Receive goods, comparing quantities against information on invoices. * Forward receiving invoices to the Accounting Department, completing pre-receipt notes stamped and signed. * Place received or relocated products on shelves to improve organization. * Move finished products from the factory to trucks using a forklift, following occupational safety procedures (Warehouse Clerk appropriately trained when required). * Ship finished products to customers, checking cargo loading in trucks, verifying whether the truck model accommodates the load, thereby ensuring that shipments leave the company meeting the company’s packaging quality standards, correct product positioning in the vehicle, cargo securing, and tarpaulin covering. Conduct rotating inventory counts to ensure reliability between physical inventory and system records. Responsible for supporting and promoting the application of Quality and 5S tools.
